Regular Board Meeting Information

Below are the regular meeting schedules. The Boards of Directors may call special meetings or cancel a regular meeting as may be needed.  All notices of meetings will be posted at least 24 hours prior to the meeting in compliance with Colorado Revised Statutes.

Dates: second Tuesday of July and November 2024
Time: 9:00 a.m.
Location: Meetings will be held via teleconference. Please view the meeting notice or agenda below to confirm teleconference information for each meeting.

Notices of board meetings are posted online and, when online posting is unavailable, for the Commercial District the telephone pole on CR 22 within the southwest corner of the Commercial District’s Boundaries and for the Residential District the monument sign on CR 22 and Arbor Street.
